REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino‑Chinese proficient in Mandarin and English
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Engineering Management, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in construction project management, store renovation, fit‑out projects, engineering supervision, or related disciplines
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, site supervision, quality control, and project coordination
• Excellent analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong project coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for both car and motorcycle and be confident operating both vehicles
• Willing to travel frequently across the Philippines to support store construction projects

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Manage the preliminary stage of store renovation by coordinating design requirements, reviewing drawings, preparing renovation quotations, and completing procedures within the internal system
• Oversee the full store construction process, including project scheduling, progress monitoring, quality assurance, material supervision, and compliance with company decoration standards
• Coordinate with franchisees, contractors, design firms, mall management, and internal departments to resolve issues related to design, construction progress, quality, and on‑site execution
• Handle engineering documentation and approval processes, including property management applications, mall permits, site access permits, blueprint submissions, renovation permits, and government requirements
• Conduct project inspections, supervise store completion acceptance, monitor rectification work, and ensure all stores meet company opening standards before handover
• Maintain project records and construction documentation, prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports, and generate construction progress dashboards using Microsoft Excel and multi‑sheet spreadsheets
• Travel to project sites across the Philippines to conduct inspections and monitor project execution
