Cost Engineer

- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for MEPF and Fit-out projects, incorporating design, supply, and installation costs.
- Collaborate with site engineers and other internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment between design and estimation.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the company’s MEPF solutions/systems to ensure informed and precise quoting.
- Utilize and maintain quoting templates to ensure consistency and efficiency in the estimation process.
- Embrace and adapt to new estimating process to improve workflow and productivity.
- Evaluate project specifications and requirements to determine appropriate materials, labor, and installation costs.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify project requirements and provide timely updates on quote status.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and pricing strategies to ensure competitive and market-relevant quotes, particularly in the high-end residential space.
- Perform other role-specific duties as required.
- Required skill(s): Material Estimates, MS Office, AutoCad (a plus but not required)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Civil or any Engineering field) or equivalent.
- Professional License (Board Passer/Professional License Exam) is a plus but not required.1-4 years of experience is a plus.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with good Estimating Skills, knowledgeable or exceptional in any Engineering/Technical Skills are welcome to apply.
- Required skill(s): Material Estimates, MS Office, AutoCad (a plus but not required)
- Must be willing to work in Nangka, Marikina City
- 2 Full-Time positions available.
