QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Licensed Engineer is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in design and analysis tools is a plus
- Project management and documentation skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and result-oriented
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new products, materials, or processes.
- Analyze existing products and processes and recommend improvements.
- Design prototypes and perform testing, validation, and evaluation of product performance.
- Prepare technical documentation including reports, specifications, and test results.
- Collaborate with Production and Quality Assurance to ensure smooth implementation of developed solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products for potential application.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and applicable industry requirements.
- Support troubleshooting of technical issues in production and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement and innovation projects.
