Policy and Process Specialist

. Draft and update policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, forms and process maps with process owners.
2. Study workflows through interviews, document reviews and site walkthroughs. Clarify responsibilities, handoffs and controls.
3. Identify process gaps, duplication and risks. Recommend practical improvements and document agreed future processes.
4. Coordinate stakeholder review and revisions. Submit documents for approval through the Corporate Transformation Director.
5. Maintain the policy and SOP register, version history, approval records, review schedules and controlled document distribution.
6. Assist the Corporate Transformation Director in all transformation initiatives, including research, planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring.
7. Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, action trackers and progress reports. Follow up action owners and escalate delays and issues.
8. Support rollout, briefings and training materials. Gather feedback, monitor adoption and results, and update documents as approved.
