QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business course at Ateneo de Davao University.
- With at least 5 years of experience in Sales and marketing.
- Knowledge in the Aggregates Industry, including market trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences, is a plus.
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Connection with general and modern trade is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Develop and manage marketing materials, including website content, brochures, and presentations.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify target markets and develop strategies to reach them.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and approaches.
- Work location is in Ecoland, Davao City.
- May performed other tasks related to the operation.
