ACCOUNTANT - CPA - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

WORK LOCATION: BGC, TAGUIG CITY

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• CPA license preferred and considered an advantage
• Familiarity with BIR compliance processes and reporting requirements
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, balance sheet, and profit and loss preparation
• At least 2–3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency in accounting systems; ERP experience such as NetSuite or SAP is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable transactions, including billing, collections, and monitoring outstanding balances
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statements
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Ensure compliance with BIR requirements, including preparation and filing of relevant forms and reports
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and support external auditors as needed
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
• Provide accurate and timely financial data to management for decision-making
