Sales Group Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Generate new business and close deals while modeling best practices.
- Provide expertise in sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for seamless sales-to-service alignment
- Manage, coach, and motivate Inside Sales Representatives.
- Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive team culture.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and development paths for team members.
- Create personalized growth plans for career progression
- Track performance and implement skill and productivity improvement strategies
- Ensure effective pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
- Monitor metrics to spot trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Streamline sales processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.
- Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas
- Leverage insights to design training and development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and the ability to independently lead and close sales calls.
- Proven ability to handle complex sales calls and coach others effectively.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including outbound prospecting and negotiation.
- 2+ years in a managerial role with direct ownership for revenue targets.
- Strong track record in coaching, goal setting, and performance management.
- Proficient in Google Suite and CRM reporting tools.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive both results and people development.
- Experience scaling sales teams or functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
