Duties and Responsibilities
1. Communicates and reports to department head.
2. Handles business activities assigned by the superior
3. Handles daily business activities on the assigned commodity
4. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
5. Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email and other channels.
6. Coordinate with Sales, product and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
7. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industrial trends .
8. Plan and execute offline marketing activities ( e.g events and trade shows as needed
9. Manage marketing budget and ensure cost – effective resource allocation
10. Other tasks requested by his superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Education Attainment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- Business Administration, Communications or related field.
Work Experience, Skills Required
- Work Experience : Min 2 to 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a corporate setting
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in digital marketing tools ( social media management software, email marketing systems) data analytics, content creation, and basic graphic design
- Soft Skills : Strong communication, creativity , project management, and problem solving abilities, Ability to collaborate cross functionally
- Special Qualifications : Knowledge of Philippine market trends, experience in B2B / B2C marketing, and fluency in English and Filipino
