As a Customer Service Associate for our Wireless & Broadband Services account in Carmona , you’ll be the friendly face that guides new members through a smooth, stress-free onboarding. From setting up accounts to answering questions, you’ll ensure they’re hooked up with top-tier service from day one.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone
- Assist with product features, queries, and sales information
- Offer support for renewals, refunds, and objections to retain customers
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department when needed
- Deliver clear product and service information to customers
You’re the Perfect Fit If You:
- Have 6+ months of sales or 1+ year of customer service experience
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication
- Are proficient in MS Office and basic computer functions
- Understand operating systems, browsers, and technical issues
- Have a strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills
- Can adapt to client tools and internal systems
- Are familiar with end-user services on the phone system
