JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English. Open for Foreign Nationals who require a working visa. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Knowledgeable in using Oracle and SAP. Having good experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance with global policies, utilizing the Concur expense management system. Oversee and support the performance and daily operations of AP and T&E analysts, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. Manage and resolve escalations related to accounts payable inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders. Supervise end-to-end invoice processing and employee reimbursement activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely payment. Investigate and resolve complex payment issues in coordination with cross-functional teams and external partners.
