Job Description:
- Analisar e conectar os fluxos entre as diferentes áreas do CD (Inbound, Sort, Outbound, etc.), Identificando gaps e gargalos nos fluxos de trabalho envolvendo todos os processos e KPI de performance
- Monitorar e interpretar os indicadores de desempenho, transformando dados brutos em insights acionáveis para a operaÃão
- Liderar o desdobramento e o acompanhamento de planos de aÃão multidisciplinares, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos e metas junto aos responsáveis. Atuar com visão crÃtica para garantir a aderência das aÃões à causa raiz dos problemas, estabelecendo KPIs de controle que mensuram a eficácia e o ROI (retorno) das soluÃões implementadas.

- Experiência em ambiente logÃstico
