Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Number of hours: Full-Time / Part-Time | 20–40 Hours per Week
Schedule: Dubai Timezone
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify high-quality B2B and B2C prospects using multiple lead generation platforms and data sources.
Build targeted prospect lists by collecting accurate company and contact information, including decision-makers, verified email addresses, phone numbers, and company details.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and target accounts.
Qualify leads based on client-defined criteria before passing them to the sales or business development team.
Verify and clean lead data to maintain high-quality CRM records and reduce bounce rates.
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information, outreach status, and prospect activity.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline growth, and campaign performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience working for an Advertising Agency or Advertising Company is required.
Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Researcher, Data Researcher, Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar role .
Hands-on experience using lead generation platforms such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clay, RocketReach, Seamless.AI, Crunchbase, Google Maps, company websites, industry directories, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator .
Strong research, prospecting, and data mining skills with the ability to identify qualified decision-makers.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive , or similar.
Excellent attention to detail with strong data validation and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently while meeting lead generation KPIs.
Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)
Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating previous lead generation or prospecting projects, including:
Case studies of lead generation campaigns or client projects they personally handled.
A summary of the targeting strategy, lead sources, and tools used.
- Performance statistics, such as:
Number of qualified leads generated
Accuracy or verification rate of leads
Appointment conversion rate (if applicable)
Response rate or campaign performance
Pipeline value or sales opportunities generated
A brief explanation of their specific role and contributions to each project.
