- Bachelor’s degree or vocational course in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in maintenance of molding machines or manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems used in molding operations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite
- Can start immediately
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molding machines and related equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Monitor molding equipment performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with production teams to support continuous molding operations
- Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
