- Oversee daily warehouse operations, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee daily operations and staff activities in cash hub
- Ensure efficient inventory management.
- Implement safety procedures and training for team members.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving processes.
- Prepare reports on cash performance metrics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Flexibility to adapt to changing environments, strong staff coaching abilities, and effective personnel management skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment with potential for physical activity.
