Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.**Key Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Maintenance & Technical Support:** Perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.* **Operational Upkeep:** Regularly inspect equipment rooms, facilities, and systems (e.g., BMS) to ensure smooth, efficient operation.* **Work Order Management:** Respond to facility-related service calls and requests, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality customer service.* **Compliance & Safety:** Adhere to safety, health, and environmental (EHS) regulations.* **Vendor Coordination:** Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.* **Reporting & Documentation:** Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and reports. * maintains and repairs HVAC equipment; tanks, pumps, timers, valves, and controls* maintains and repairs air handlers and related equipment; air supply, return, motors, fans, and vents* maintains, and repairs chilled water-related equipment and condensers; water pumps, valves, regulators, and chemicals* Safely troubleshoot and repair all types of HVAC manufacturing and plant equipment* maintains and repairs electrical systems* maintains and repairs fire protection system systems* maintains and repairs plumbing systems* Work safely and follow all established plant safety policies and procedures* Communicate appropriately with all site management employees* Service, clean, inspect and repair equipment periodically following established PMs**Location:**On-site –Quezon, PhilippinesIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
