Position: Advertising Specialist
Location: Remote (International)
Schedule: Full-time – Hourly
Compensation: $700 - $1,200 per month + 13th month

Overview

Ballard House is a founder-led ecommerce company that partners with established brands to scale Amazon operations using our in-house logistics, content creation and advertising infrastructure. Founded in 2017, we began as an Amazon reseller and evolved into our current brand partnership model in 2023, bringing operational excellence to a select portfolio of eight and nine-figure brands. 

We are hiring an Advertising Specialist to support our advertising and brand management operations. Reporting to the Advertising Lead, you will be responsible for executing fundamental advertising tasks across a portfolio of brands within the Ballard House catalog. This includes daily budget, bid, strategy and campaign maintenance to achieve our partner and internal goals.

This is an entry-level execution role with high growth potential. In a flat team like ours, accuracy and speed speak louder than org charts. Bring solid work ethics, high attention to detail, and a desire to learn, and you’ll grow quickly alongside our team.  

Responsibilities :

 

• Make daily campaign performance adjustments to influence optimal results including but not limited to: Budgets, Bids, Modifiers, and Keyword/Target management (ranking, negations, harvesting)
• Collaborate with the advertising team to make key decisions related to our brands’ performance, advertising best practices, and defining the way forward for Ballard House advertising operations 
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and optimization strategies
• Partner with Brand Managers to align advertising strategy with brand-specific growth objectives

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years managing PPC ads (preferable on a commerce channel like Amazon or Walmart) however other PPC experience is acceptable (i.e. Google, Facebook, etc)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for copy creation and clear team messaging
• High attention to detail with strong organizational instincts—you double-check your work before submitting
• Fast learner who takes direction well

Nice-to-Haves (or Willing to Learn Fast):

• Experience with Amazon Advertising campaigns managing a variety of Sponsored Ad types
• Experience leveraging AMC for reporting, insights and audience generation
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp
