Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide on-site medical support and administrative assistance for a construction-related project. The successful candidate will ensure employee health and wellness, maintain medical records, and support project administration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and basic medical care to project personnel.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor employee well-being.
- Maintain medical records, incident reports, and health-related documentation.
- Manage first aid supplies and coordinate emergency medical response when necessary.
- Assist in implementing occupational health programs and safety initiatives.
- Support compliance with company health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project management on health-related matters.
- Perform site administrative duties as assigned, including documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Required
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License .
- Open to fresh graduates or experienced nurses .
- Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Willing to be assigned on-site for the duration of the project.
Preferred
- First Aider Training Certification .
- Experience in occupational health, construction projects, or clinic settings is an advantage but not required.
Residence Requirement
- Must be resident within Manila .
- Candidates living near Shaw Boulevard or adjacent areas will be highly preferred.
