Nurse

Patient Care:

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, recording vital signs and reporting changes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, and meals.

Patient Support & Education:

• Provide emotional support to patients and their families, explaining treatment plans and answering questions.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and healthy lifestyle practices.

Documentation:

• Keep accurate and detailed patient records, including symptoms, progress, and treatments administered.
• Ensure timely and thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Medical Assistance:

• Assist doctors and other healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
• Set up and monitor medical equipment, ensuring its proper function and patient safety.

Safety & Compliance:

• Adhere to infection control protocols, health standards, and hospital policies.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, taking preventative measures to avoid cross-contamination.

• Education: Nursing degree (BSN preferred) and a valid nursing license.
• Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
• Skills: Strong communication, empathy, attention to detail, and ability to work in high-pressure situations.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, assist with patient lifting, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
