Company Nurse

Health Care Delivery and Management

1. Initial triage of employees, gives treatment or first-aid medication and health advice and/or counseling, as needed.
2. Conducts a follow through of employees who had sickness, injuries, accidents either through work location, house or hospital visit as needed.
3. Administers vaccines to employees during scheduled seasonal vaccination.
4. Provide individual counselling sessions on health care and maintenance, results of health screening and health promotion activities, family planning, exercise and nutrition, including dissemination of various health info, handouts, bulletins, etc.
5. Prepares and updates Health Care manual.

Health Administration

1. Assist in Pre-Employment Medical and Annual Physical Examination process and results assessment.
2. Monitor and maintain medical and other health related records of the Employees with confidentiality.
3. Assess and reports occupation health problems and hazards with emphasis in prevention.
4. Provides assistance pertaining to HMO and Dental benefits utilization. Assess findings and results, refer to Physician for management, monitor recommendations until illness is cleared.
5. Conducts inventory and utilization report of medicines and medical supplies and prepare purchase requisition as needed.
6. Coordinate, Attend and Conduct appropriate training and awareness regarding safety and health of all employees.
7. Assist in implementation of DOLE mandated health programs.
8. Orient newly regularized employees on health benefits.
9. Prepares and updates processes.

Human Resource

1. Act as Safety Personnel - investigation and implementation of corrective action regarding Occupational Safety concerns.
2. Assist other HR unit as needed
3. Other HR Related activities that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

1. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
2. Willing to work on-site in our Binondo Head Office.
