Position: Mandarin Sales Advisor (Non-voice account; few calls might be received if needed.)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Assist in pre-sales inquiries regarding Software products.
- Responsible for processing customer orders and sales.
- Providing and receiving information.
- Selling client products or services.
- Retain customers who wish to cancel their subscriptions
- Assist in canceling subscriptions if customers cannot be retained
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino and Fil-Chi who is proficient in Mandarin and English language.
- Open to foreign applicants with permanent visas (13-A and TRV)
- Open to Bachelor's graduates and undergraduates of any courses.
- BPO and Sales experience is a big advantage
- Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
- Can work in a shifting schedule.
