Property Consultant

- Guide clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Assess property values and market trends.
- Provide expert advice on property investments.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with local real estate regulations.
- Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level:Fresh graduate or student with a keen interest in property sales.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong telemarketing and digital marketing abilities, excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conduct market research.
