The main duty of an Operations Supervisor is to oversee and coordinate the activities of a team or department to ensure efficient and effective operations. This includes managing staff, optimizing workflows, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- With at least 1 year of work experience in the same field
- With working experience in logistics/warehousing.
- With experience in handling team
- Knowledgeable on Client / Customer Care Management
- Keen to details and Organized
- Willing on field works if needed
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
