Position: Messenger / Housekeeper
Location: Mandaluyong City (Preferably residing in or near Mandaluyong City)
Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to fill the Messenger / Housekeeper position. This role involves maintaining office cleanliness while handling delivery tasks, company errands, and document processing requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises
- Perform routine housekeeping duties
- Handle delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and other items
- Run official company errands as assigned
- Provide basic administrative support when needed
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and processing of documents for SEC registration and government mandatory applications related to agency operations
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of company documents
Qualifications
- Graduate of any college course
- Must have experience as a Messenger
- Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Physically fit and able to perform multiple tasks
- Familiar with Mandaluyong City and nearby areas
- Expert in handling and processing government-related documents, SEC application, SSS, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth
