JOB SUMMARY
Provides transportation services for the Access TB GF staff and visitors. Responsible and accountable for the assigned Access TB project vehicle unit. Provides messengerial support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Driving Services
1. Provides driving services to the project staff and visitors on both local and out-of-town trips.
2. Provides driving service for sputum collections, medicine transfers, decentralization activities and patients’ default tracing.
3. Responsible for the assigned GF project vehicle’s safety, cleaning and regular maintenance such as fuel, water, oil, and etc. Ensure that the vehicle is on a good and safe condition at all times. Maintains Repair Monitoring Log sheet to record vehicle repairs and maintenance.
4. Facilitates the vehicle’s annual registration renewal with the Land and Transportation Office (LTO).
5. Responsible for the accomplishment, maintainance and timely submission of daily trip log sheets.

1. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: At least high school graduate
Experience: At least one year defense driving experience
Other / Special Skills: Presentable, alert, with good verbal communications skills.
