Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in admin and HR roles
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge and understand HR consultancy principles is an advantage
- Demonstrates openness to diverse perspectives and innovative solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
- Oversee daily administrative and office operations
- Supervise admin staff and manage office supplies.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Support performance reviews and staff development
