REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Open to Filipinos and Filipino‑Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Management, or related fields. Having experience as a General Manager Assistant, Executive Assistant, Management Secretary, Business Assistant, or in a similar role is a big advantage. Knowledgeable in preparing meeting minutes and ensuring timely follow‑up of action items. Strong cross‑functional coordination and project management capabilities, able to drive diverse departments toward shared objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

Assist the General Manager with daily administrative and operational activities. Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and business communications. Provide Mandarin-English/Filipino interpretation and translation during meetings and daily operations. Coordinate with different departments and store/operations teams on behalf of the General Manager. Monitor and follow up on tasks and instructions assigned by the General Manager. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
