Technical Sales Representative - Metal Fab

· Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
· Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual product sales.
· Monitors competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
· Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
· Helps to resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
· Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Coordinates with Sales Manager on regular business review, for the effective execution of sales promotion.
· Represents the Company at Trade fair/exhibit to promote products.
· Other duties maybe assigned as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineer or any related course.
- With sales experience in the same field.
- With knowledge and experience in Metal Fabrication or construction metal works.
- Driving skills with license.
