Sales Representative

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Coordinate and track sales orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and sales databases.
- Assist in managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to streamline sales operations.
- Support sales representatives in preparing for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to prepare performance reports for management.
- Handle internal communication to ensure sales strategies are executed effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
