Pure Email/Chat Agent (Non-Voice) Newbie Friendly

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email/Chat Support Agent to handle customer inquiries through email and live chat platforms. This is a non-voice role , making it ideal for applicants who prefer written communication. Training will be provided, so this position is newbie-friendly .
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer concerns and issues through written communication
- Document and update customer records in the system
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent written support
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- No prior BPO experience required (training will be provided)
- Good written communication skills in English
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Willing to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
- Can work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills (But Not Required)
- Experience in chat or email support
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
