Test Engineer (Python/Selenium)

- Position: Test Engineer

- Location: Makati City
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Work Setup: Hybrid (1-2x a week onsite)
- Salary Range: Php 50,000 - Php 100,000 gross
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust automation scripts using Python.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with QA and development teams to identify and define critical test scenarios.
- Execution & Analysis: Run automated tests, analyze technical results, and report findings.
- Quality Optimization: Continuously improve test coverage and system reliability.
- Strategic Contribution: Participate in code reviews and help shape the overall testing strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: At least 2 years of development experience in any programming language.
- Core Skills: Strong programming fundamentals and high-level problem-solving abilities.
- Professionalism: A professional, disciplined approach to coding and automation.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Python is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with Robot Framework and Selenium is an advantage.
