- Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- HS/SHS/ College Graduate or Undergraduate
- with or without experience- are welcome to apply
- Strong Communication skills
