Customer Service Representative

Description - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when addressing customer complaints.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting personal call handling and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills, effective people skills, and strong work ethic
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer calls in a calm and friendly manner
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment
