Document Controller – Skills Requirement
Technical Skills
- Proficient in document management systems (DMS) and electronic filing systems
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ISO standards, quality management systems, and document control procedures
- Ability to manage and maintain version control of documents
- Skilled in database management and file archiving (physical & digital)
Organizational Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing records
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Systematic approach to filing, updating, and retrieving documents
Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Skilled in preparing reports and document summaries
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to spot inconsistencies, errors, or missing information in documents
- Strong analytical mindset for maintaining compliance with standards
- Proactive in resolving document-related issues
