Relocation Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Relocation Specialist to support our relocation and referral services team. This role involves working closely with internal staff, real estate agents, relocating clients, and referral partners to deliver a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agents and internal team members to consistently achieve performance targets and service metrics
- Coordinate and manage new referrals through timely and professional communication with agents, clients, staff, and referral partners
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the relocation process, ensuring a positive and smooth client experience
- Identify and proactively resolve potential issues to maintain service quality
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to relocation agents
- Maintain accurate documentation of file activities, communications, and updates across multiple software platforms
- Support team initiatives, special projects, reporting, and data entry tasks
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with agents, clients, referral sources, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong phone and customer service etiquette
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Active listening skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to adapt priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day
- Team-oriented with willingness to provide cross-functional support
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based systems
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and openness to constructive feedback
- Experience in relocation services or residential real estate is an advantage
