Job Description

THIS ROLE

You'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive fund accounting services with minimal supervision in this mid-level accounting role. You'll handle both low and medium complexity funds, focusing on core accounting processes and standard cluster communications. You'll independently execute established procedures while maintaining quality and timeliness standards.

What you'll do:

• You'll prepare financial statements, NAV reports, and other deliverables using prescribed guidelines.
• You'll ensure the accuracy and timeliness of work within established standards and by following detailed checklists.
• You'll apply relevant accounting standards and requirements as directed.
• You'll follow quality control processes and risk management protocols.
• You'll build knowledge of client-specific requirements and industry practices.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting or financial reporting.
• You have a strong understanding of accounting principles and fund structures, with experience handling moderately complex financial data and processes independently.
• You are proficient in accounting systems and tools, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• You have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines accurately.
• You possess strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and openness to feedback for continuous improvement.
