Job Overview We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team at our Bridgetowne, Pasig site. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a mix of voice calls and non-voice channels (email/chat) depending on the account assignment. Problem Solving: Diagnose issues, research answers, and guide customers step-by-step to efficient solutions. Data Management: Accurately log and document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions into the system. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed team key performance indicators (KPIs) including quality assurance scores, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and efficiency targets. Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies, data privacy guidelines, and client-established protocols. Minimum Qualifications Education: Open to High School (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduates, or College Undergraduates. Experience: Prior BPO experience is required. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Technical Skills: Basic computer navigation skills and comfortable multi-tasking across multiple tabs or CRM software. Flexibility: Willing to work on-site at our Bridgetowne, Pasig office and open to shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
