Accounting Clerk - With or Without Experience

Requirements: • Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or Banking and Finance Ability to prioritize and handle multiple task Effective analytical skills Proficiency in MS Excel • With good character/values Trustworthy Willing to work onsite

• At least 1 yr experience in bookkeeping is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities: Process invoices and ensure timely payment of bills. Reconcile bank statements and financial records. Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements. Assist with payroll processing and tax filings. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations. Provide support for internal and external audits. Assist with the preparation of financial documents for management review. Handle data entry and maintain accounting databases. Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and other stakeholders. Assist with the implementation of accounting software and systems. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
