Travel and Expense Specialist

Abbott seeks a Travel and Expense Specialist to review, audit, and process employee expense reports while ensuring policy compliance and timely reimbursement. The role supports Corporate Finance Services operations across the global organization from the Philippines office.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
• Verify receipts, forms, and supporting documentation before processing reimbursements
• Process expense reimbursements in the company's expense management system
• Communicate with employees about discrepancies and assist with report submission and system issues
• Investigate discrepancies proactively and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in expense processing, travel and expense, accounts payable, or finance roles
• Fluent Korean language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently
