- Experience handling retirement or financial accounts (e.g., pensions, 401(k), insurance)
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
- Background in voice or non-voice support
Job Description
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats related to retirement accounts
- Assist clients with account inquiries, contributions, withdrawals, rollovers, and distributions
- Explain retirement plan options, policies, and procedures clearly to customers
- Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and productivity targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
