JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Assistant will provide front-line assistance for routine customer requests and basic service transactions. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome customers and identify the assistance or information they need.
• Handle routine requests, forms, account updates, or service inquiries according to procedure.
• Direct complex concerns to the correct specialist or department.
• Maintain accurate customer records, logs, and supporting documents.
• Support daily service desk, reception, or customer care activities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Senior High School Graduate / College Level / College Graduate.
• No prior experience required; customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, courteous, and able to communicate clearly in English and Filipino.
• Basic computer, encoding, and recordkeeping skills.
• Able to follow procedures and work accurately with customer information.
• Fresh graduates and qualified first-time applicants may apply.
