Operations Coordinator

This role involves monitoring employee attendance and performance, addressing concerns, and assisting clients with their manpower needs. The Manpower Coordinator also helps with documentation, reporting, and overall support to ensure good client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily attendance and performance of deployed employees.
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements, concerns, or updates.
- Handle employee concerns such as schedule, reassignment, and basic HR-related issues.
- Assist in onboarding, deployment, and contract renewal of employees.
- Prepare reports related to attendance, incidents, and employee status.
- Conduct site visits or check-ins to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain good relationship with clients and ensure service quality.
Qualifications
- College graduate from any course are welcome to apply
- With experience in manpower or HR operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Can multitask and handle fieldwork when required (having a motorcycle is an advantage for fieldwork)
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reports.
- Organized, responsible, and can work with minimal supervision.
