Must have excellent communication and time management skills
Must be willing to work onsite in Makati everyday

Job Description :
The successful candidate will be responsible in providing support on employee relations matters, communications, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. S/he will be responsible for the following:
Reviews drafts of service agreements
Monitors contracts renewal
Handles disciplinary and labor-related cases
Performs other functions in line with corporate communications
