JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Has at least 3 years of Work experience in a Accounting field
- With 1 year of team leader - supervisory role experience as long as with experience in leading a team or people
- Amenable to attend face to face interviews
- Can work 100% onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations and lead a group of accountants.
- Create, examine, and evaluate budgets, variance reports, and financial statements.
- Oversee cost control, inventory value, and product costing.
- Make ensuring that company rules, accounting standards, and tax and governmental regulations are followed.
- Organize both external and internal audits.
- Determine and put into place improved accounting practices and controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business decisions and guarantee the accuracy of financial data.
