Provision of First Aid
- Provide first aid treatment for injuries or sudden illnesses that occur in the workplace.
- Arrange transportation to a hospital when necessary.
Implementation and Management of Health Checkups
- Manage schedules and support the implementation of regular health checkups for employees.
- Record the results and conduct follow-ups as needed.
Health Consultation and Mental Care
- Respond to employees’ concerns regarding their physical and mental health.
- Offer advice on stress management and maintaining good health.
Workplace Sanitation Management
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment and make suggestions for improvements.
- Implement measures to prevent infectious diseases (e.g., influenza, COVID-19).
Documentation and Report Preparation
- Keep records of injuries, illnesses, and health guidance provided.
- Assist in preparing documents for submission to regulatory bodies such as the Labor Standards Office.
Health Education for Employees
- Plan and conduct seminars or workshops on health management for employees.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in PHRN, First-Aid, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of medical protocols essential.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve standing for prolonged periods and exposure to health-related situations.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
