Company Nurse

- Responsible for coordinating with the company’s healthcare provider to set up annual exams and physicals for all employees.
- Develop and implement health and safety programs.
- Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
- Perform also Admin tasks.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
- Manage daily administrative tasks for Aso International Manila, Inc.
- Assist with HR functions like employee records and scheduling.
- Facilitate communication within departments in our Manufacturing & Industrial Services firm.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Provide clerical support by preparing reports and handling information requests.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College degree in Nursing.
- Must be a registered nurse.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Rosario, Cavite and can start ASAP.
- With or Without Experience. (with Experience is advantage)
- Master's degree in a relevant field required.
- Fresh Graduate/Student, internships or volunteer work preferred.
- Proficiency in support and data entry tasks.
- Strong time management and scheduling capabilities.
- Clear and effective written communication skills.
- Robust organizational and coordination abilities.
- Experience with help desk support.
- Registered Nurse qualification is a plus.
- Office environment with standard working hours.
- May require extended periods of sitting and computer usage.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
