Cook – Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the preparation of all menu items in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency, focus, and integrity in all kitchen operations.
- Ensure all dishes meet established standards for taste, presentation, and aroma.
- Perform all essential Back-of-House (BOH) tasks, including food prep, station cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
Job Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate
- Open to full-time, regular employment
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Patient, eager to learn, and open to feedback
- Detail-oriented, especially in maintaining cleanliness and safety standard
