Sales and Marketing Associate

Sales & Business
Development Prospecting: Identify active civil works, mining sites, and logistics yards via field visits, cold calling, and industry networking.
Consultative Selling: Match fleet needs with machinery specs (e.g., bucket capacity, tonnage, engine output).
Bidding & Proposals: Prepare technical proposals, tender/bidding documents, pricing sheets, and financing/leasing options.
Demonstrations: Coordinate on-site machine testing, factory visits, or client walkthroughs.
Target Achievement: Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue/volume quotas.
Marketing & Brand Support
Collateral & Digital: Manage localized product catalogs, spec sheets, and digital lead-gen campaigns.
Trade Events: Represent the brand at construction expos (e.g., PhilConstruct), regional trade shows, and equipment launches.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, import/brand shifts, and major government/private infrastructure pipelines.
After-Sales Coordination
Handover: Support turnover, safety orientation, and operational familiarization for new units.
Liaison: Bridge client feedback with internal service engineers, spare parts departments, and warranty teams.
