Sales and Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales
- Manage digital marketing channels (social media, website, email campaigns)
- Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team
- Oversee branding, promotional materials, and product launches
- Coordinate marketing activities for events and industry engagements
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Support key client communications when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 3 years relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in B2B or distribution industry is an advantage
- Creative skills (graphic design, content creation, or social media management) are an advantage
- Preferred: Fluent in Chinese Hokkien (spoken)
