Role Summary
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth. The role involves conducting market research to identify trends and customer behavior, managing targeted marketing campaigns, including email and lifecycle marketing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective multi-channel marketing materials. In addition, the Sales and Marketing Specialist supports the achievement of sales targets by implementing strategic sales initiatives, monitoring campaign and sales performance, and preparing data-driven reports to guide decision-making and improve overall business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer behavior, informing marketing decisions.
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at customer retention and lifecycle marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce marketing materials for multi-channel communication.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in marketing or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in digital marketing, multimedia content creation, and market research analysis.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experienced in lifecycle marketing, campaign management, and digital brand promotion.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
