- Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Oversee accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and compliance functions.
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and executive team on financial performance and risk management.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through financial modeling and performance metrics.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
- Support fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and capital structure optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- CPA is a must
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Proven success as CFO, VP Finance, or senior finance executive in a growth-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate financial law, risk management, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
